“Heal” was based on the idea that to heal isn’t linear & that in order to get better, sometimes you gotta view things a different way than what you were told. In comes the dandelion - a beautiful, non invasive herb that helps it’s environments (& has plenty of medicinal value), but was wrongfully labeled as a weed for capitalistic gain. I based the visual components on dandelions for that reason & wanted the vibe to feel DIY & home grown. The use of film photography & multimedia was used throughout.
To engage the fans, we threw a release art show featuring 6 artists designing out rooms of art based on a track from “Heal”.
